Clayton Hotel Birmingham

The hotel of choice in Birmingham. The staff was amazing on the reception desk. Besides, there was parking onsite.

Location and staff were very good and I loved it.

It made my trip to Birmingham a really lovely experience. The staff was hospitable and accommodating, everything was perfect. I loved the room where the air con was working, my bed was extremely comfy.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Birmingham. By and large, it was interesting place for sightseeing in Birmingham, had much fun. My room included central heating, an individual safe and multi-channel TV.

We liked to be here, its stuff and rooms. Plenty of supplies in the room: a private safe, an iron and a work desk. We stayed for 1 night here, loved Eastside district.

All was fairly clean, I loved perfect staff and drinks. The room met the demands, new-fashioned where the air con was working.

The room was contemporary and we appreciated the stay.

I appreciated the details, like staff and rooms, they were great. Beds were a bit hard, even so it was truly a good stay.

A central location and exceptionally pleasant staff were the highlight of this perfect 10/10 stay. Room was cosy, I liked my good bed. Found in the domestic area, the hotel offered reasonable prices. Plus it was just 1 km from a georgian baroque cathedral.

The hotel is fairly large and clean with an amazing restaurant, I had a great stay. The staff were exceptional and welcoming too.

The hotel has first class staff and location, I truly enjoyed it. It's found in an upscale area, just a walk down to many landmarks of Birmingham. Late check out too. Not to mention strong wifi!

The staff were amiable, the breakfast was rich and everything was nice. It was central and close to Thinktank Birmingham Science Museum. There was a comfortable bar on site, appreciated this place

The room was brilliant where the air con was working and the staff lovely. The food was delicious and there were plenty of dishes in the menu.

Place was tidy and overall very nice. Room was tasteful and tasteful had a great decor. I liked nice breakfast.

Lovely base for staying in the centre of Birmingham.

Wi-Fi wasn't working, made me a little nervous.

Staff was warm, breakfast was plentiful. Appreciated the deluxe king room, wouldn't mind staying there all day.

Outstanding value, common room and flexible stuff. They had an efficient check-in too. Location was phenomenal for exploring Birmingham.

We had an extra special experience. Excellent pool, incredibly beautiful views, approaching staff. Loved the room, it was very specious and functional. The bed was large, and the bathroom was luxury. Nice design, high quality service in the entire hotel.

It was as expected, had a quite comfortable stay. Light room, really lovely views and warm breakfast! The people working here were fabulous! Temperature control and coffee in the room, pleasant location.

Reasonably spacious rooms with big beds, comfy location. The hotels' team was absolutely friendly. The breakfast was delicious, we loved it.

I loved this hotel, it's exceptionally clean and brand-new. Staff was there extremely polite. Convenient location just a short stroll away from an upscale department store.

You guys made our stay wonderful. The staff were helpful, comfortable bed, very good breakfast. Liked Birmingham, the hotel was deluxe! There was an inviting bar on site. Excellent customer service too.

Very convenient location with parking nearby. Take a look at Eastside district, it's worth it. A wide range of excellent breakfast options.
